Just impromptu and unplanned trip to this day trip place with group of two families.
Best Time To Visit
Summers wont be recommended due to outdoor activities. This trip was done sometime in October 2018.
Places visited
Little details about Chondhe farm: It is located near Lonikand phata on Ahmednagar Highway.
This facility charges are revised to 949* INR for adults (12 years +) and kids 799* INR (4 - 10 years) plus 18% GST which includes various activities (key highlights - zip line, cycle ride on rope, free fall, rock climbing, indoor games include carrom, table tennis and small arena for kids, archery, pistol shooting), breakfast lunch and hi tea.

This facility has a swimming pool along with rain dance / pool dance and DJ setup, before you conclude your day. #FamilyFriendly
Breakfast, lunch and high tea are included - well food was below average when we visited.
It has a cave-like entry.

One day trip to Jagtap Waterfall towards Khandi | Kanhe phata | Thokarwadi dam
Mainly there are three sections: outdoor activities, indoor activities and swimming pool area with rain dance arena.
First section is all about the outdoor activities:
Zipline - It is not too long but fulfills the purpose of fun and excitement.
There are four different parts of this skywalk, which are pretty adventurous.
This one is a must-try for adventure enthusiasts. It looks easy but needs a good amount of energy to reach the top. In addition, when you look down from the top, it surely gives goosebumps.
The coming down in rappelling style is even more fun.
The same unit has rock climbing on another side.
This is one of the most adventurous parts of this trip, a free fall from 30 ft with all the safety harness.
Rope cycling.. looks exciting but it was very easy :-)

The second section is about kids arena, TT, carrom, archery, pistol shooting - in an indoor activities setup and around it.

Just an additional click to have a glimpse of the kids' play area in the backdrop.
Thrid section of the swimming pool and rain dance area. The swimming pool was pretty clean and they have a separate rain dance area. (that too was pretty neat) close to the pool.
They also have a farm tour, tractor ride, a couple of bicycles, a small sculpture exhibit depicting local culture as additional activities.
Transportation
It was a quick 18 kms car drive from Pune via Wagholi area on Ahmednagar highway.
Pro-tips
Conclusion and tips to plan trip well:
1. Chondhe Farms is a neat family hangout place with good outdoor and indoor games on offer for kids along with a swimming pool and rain dance. Nice place to go in groups too (4/5)
2. On the flip side, the food served to us (veg) lunch thali and snacks (bhaji and tea) was way below average. So don't expect much about food (2/5). If you get better experience then consider yourself lucky :-)
3. This is a nice one day picnic and family / group hang out place near city limits. If you are ready to commute a little extra then Splendour Country is also a great option over Chondhe farms.
4. If you are planning to enjoy swimming pool and the fun around then don't forget to carry addtion set of clothes accordingly.
5. Call them before planning the trip to any of such places to check about current charges for adults and kids (check for age limit too), any group discounts, food, schedule of activities, any closure of activities; to avoid unpleseant surprises after reaching to venue.
