 Trip Inspiration

Happiness is a day at the beach.

Simple but true. Life is just better at the beach. Everything is better at the beach! With no where to go and no where to be, a day at the beach is just what you need.

 Best Time To Visit

Best time to visit Goa is from November to mid-March.

 Places visited

The best time to visit Goa is during the dry, relatively cool winter months between late November and mid-March.

Which beach you opt for largely depends on what sort of holiday you have in mind. Developed resorts such as Calangute and Candolim in the north, and Colva and Benaulim in the south, offer more accommodation than elsewhere.

This was my fourth trip to Goa in last 8 years.... Our agenda was to have fun and party, so we chose North Goa near Candolim beach. Have a look at the video and pictures of our Goa trip. Below is the link of my Facebook post with all the pictures:

 Transportation

I recommend to hire car/ jeep as per your comfort level. We hired a jeep at INR 2,500 per day rental. One could get Maruti Swift at INR 2,000 per day rental.

Caution: Do look for parking signs before parking your vehicle. Your vehicle may be locked-down if parked at no-parking.

 Pro-tips

A few recommendations:

1. If your agenda to visit Goa is to have fun and party, stay near Candolim, Calangute or Baga beach.

2. A must visit to Thalassa Greek Taverna.... A place where the warmth and sheer happiness of Greek hospitality amalgamates instinctively with the laid back, free and tranquil atmosphere and vibe of Goa. Don’t forget to do an advance booking. This is a most sought after hangout place in Goa.

3. Infantaria Restaurant and Bar:  Overall, the dining experience at Infantaria Cafe was an amazing one. I strongly recommend everyone to visit this beautiful cafe in Calangute on their visit to Goa.

4. Another strong recommendation is to have dinner and drinks at beach side shacks at Candolim beach. It is simply awesome.

This is not it about Goa. Goa is an experience it self.
